These terms summarise how accounts and promotions work at VeryWell. Where anything here differs from the full terms you accept at registration, the bonus policy or an individual offer card, those documents apply.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and permitted to gamble under the laws where you live. Each person may hold one account only. Accounts are personal, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not available in restricted regions.
The three-stage welcome package
Stage one: 150% up to £1,000 and 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash, from a £50 deposit. Stage two: 100% up to £1,000 and 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, from £25. Stage three: 150% up to £1,000 and 150 free spins on Big Bass Floats My Boat, from £75.
Wagering of 35x applies to bonus funds and must be completed within 10 days. The maximum stake while wagering is £2. Each stage's card shows its eligible games and expiry.
Sport offer and ongoing promotions
A first sports deposit of £20 or more earns 100% up to £100, with 35x wagering at minimum odds of 1.55. Weekly cashback of 5% to 15%, credited on Tuesdays, requires a Telegram bot subscription. The referral reward, the app bonus, prize draws and tournaments follow the rules on their cards.
Withdrawals
Limits are £2,000 per day, £10,000 per week and £40,000 per month, with one withdrawal pending at a time. Deposits should be wagered at least three times before withdrawal, or a 20% fee may apply. We pay out only to methods held in your name.
Checks and account closure
Identity, address and payment checks apply before larger withdrawals and may be requested at any time. Duplicate accounts, chargebacks and bonus abuse can result in closure and the withholding of winnings.
